Listing Online
- Read what's
included in your listing.
- Read our Policies and Service
Agreement.
- Optionally view our services before signing up..
- Setup
an account. (All subsequent steps will follow automatically from
this step.)
- Specify a telephone number for your yard sign.
- Select the services you want to purchase.
- Select payment method (check or credit card). Please Note: Listings that are paid by credit card will be posted immediately, while listings that are paid by check will be posted within one day after receipt of payment.
- Create and edit your listing. You will be automatically
directed to the create/edit listing page. Prepare your seven pictures and post them on your sub-page or email them to us at info@arestatebyowner.com in jpeg format and we will post them for you.
- Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign. Call Arkansas One Call to confirm clearance of all underground utilities. Please Note: We place your yard sign where you mark, so the homeowner is responsible for any and all utility damages.

Listing by Mail
- Read what's
included in your listing.
- Read our Policies and Service
Agreement.
- Print and fill out the
services order form.
- Print and fill out the
homeowner's website information form.
- Take up to seven pictures of your property and
have them developed or put on disk if digital.
- Make out a check to for the amount of the services
ordered to "ArEstate By Owner".
- Mail your check, your pictures, your completed
services order form and your completed homeowner's website information
form to:

- Within the next few days we will email or call you with your login ID and Password. You can manage/modify your personal sub-page as you please or we can assist you with changes.
